Andrea has complete his academic studies at the Polytechnic of Milan with a Degree in Architecture in 1992. Later he continued his professional training attending several training programmes: in 1995 with BVQI (Bureau Veritas Quality International) in Milan (Italy) and was awarded qualification as Quality Assurance Lead Auditor and with AIQ (Italian Association for Quality) in Rome (Italy) and was awarded qualification as Quality Assurance Manager; in 1996 at the University of Rome “La Sapienza” - Faculty of Architecture in Rome (Italy) on Barrier Free Design; in 2001 with UNI (Italian Organization for Standardization) in Milan (Italy) on Quality in Company Management; in 2009 with INAIL/University of Brescia/Building School of Brescia in Brescia (Italy) on Theoretical and Practical Course on Safety and Accident Prevention Training for Employer.

Andrea is a member of the Chamber of Architects of the Province of Brescia (Italy) with registration number 1447.

Andrea started is working experience with Technip Italy S.p.A. (formerly TPL S.p.A.) in Rome (Italy) in 10/1994 – 12/1997. First as a Member of Italian High Speed Railway Project Team, with responsibilities for Urban planning for the inclusion of the high speed railway lines in the town of Rome, preliminary design of railway stations and stops, preparation of contract specifications for quality control for the construction of civil works and the validation of the preliminary design of the new railway station in Bologna. Thereafter as Quality Assurance Engineer (on site) at Malpensa Airport Tri-generation Plant Project.

In 01/1998 – 12/2009 he works with Aldo Pollonio S.p.A. in Brescia (Italy) first as a Quality Assurance Manager and Project Cost Control Manager. Thereafter he also managed the start-up of new a concrete plant. In October 2000 he has appointed as the Vice General Manager with responsibilities for the organizational adaptation and strategic planning, implementation of concrete technological laboratory and coordinating research projects and quality assurance adaptation to ISO 9001:2000. In September 2005 he becomes the General Manager of the Company with responsibilities for the strategic planning, supervision and overall coordination, contract negotiation and legal affairs and responsibility for the safety and hygiene.

Between 01/2010 – 08/2012, he worked with SERI S.r.I. in Brescia (Italy) as the Chief Operating Officer with responsibilities for supervision and overall coordination of projects, overall coordination of procurement department and supervision of materials warehouse.

Between 09/2012 – 02/2013, he works as a Free Lance Consultant with responsibilities for the implementation of management control systems and also the implementation of project planning and cost control systems.

In 03/2013 he becomes the Managing Director of Waep Nigeria Limited.
